Welcome to Miss Coastal Vietnam Global 2015,
You are about to enter a life changing experience – not only this is a very prestigious title, it is a very meaningful cause. Please see Our Mission to fully understand the motivation on social and environmental give backs through this event.
IMPORTANT GUIDELINES:
– There is no registration fee or application fee required from contestants.
– Our host will provide hotel, transportation, food, and snacks during practice during your stay.
– We provide uniform t-shirts, opening dresses, Vietnamese traditional dress “áo dài” from renowned designer Vo Viet Chung, evening gown from renowned designer Hoang Hai and others from Hollywood, California, and bikini from Ha Gattini. The Crown is handmade with prestigious pearl and gem stone by a renowned Craftsman Ngo Anh Khoi – easily worth over USD $20,000 (quoted by Cuu Long Jewelry between USD $80,000 – $150,000) . You can bring your own dresses; but please make sure you check with the pageant team to make sure it matches with the theme of the competition.
– We provide professional stylist, makeup artists, photographers, and a respected and experienced pageant team to support you for this competition.
– Please apply online early, book your fly early, and plan to arrive at Philadelphia International Airport (Airport code: PHL) on June 29, 2015. Please let us know if you plan to drive-in, or arrive at either Newark Liberty International Airport or JFK International Airport. We will pick you up at the airport and drop you off on July 4, 2015. See below for recommended travel arrangement (we do not receive any commission or profits for referral – this agency will sponsor for this event’s transportation). For out of country contestants, please take care of your own travel Visa and airplane ticket.
– If you are not able to arrive on June 29, 2015, please contact us in advance to let us to support you in anyway we can!
– When you upload your photo’s, please use the maximum size is 2MB per photo. We will take your professional photo between July 1 – July 3.
– Please note this is a fair competition! Our judges are accomplished and reputable individuals!

4. WE WILL E-MAIL THE FINAL CONFIRMATION THAT YOUR APPLICATION IS FULLY PROCESSED.
If you plan to drive to Caesars Atlantic City, please notify us. Without the itinerary confirmation or drive-in confirmation, your application is not completed and automatically disqualified to participate in the competition. The deadline to submit your application online is Friday June 19, 2015.
There is limited number of contestants that we can accept for the finale, please submit your online application as soon as possible. Please contact us if you have any other questions.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
– Please bring your own high heel shoes ‘preferred cream color’, underwear ‘skin color’, white shorts, and white sport shoes.
– Please bring a nice dress for VIP ONLY AFTER VIP PARTY.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ARRIVE TO EITHER PHILADELPHIA, JFK, OR NEWARK AIRPORT:
– Once we received your itinerary, we will arrange your pickup and drive you to Caesars Atlantic City.
– We will stay at Caesars AC/Bally’s AC hotels during the competition between June 29, 2015 – July 4, 2015. Here is the preliminary schedule (details are subjected to change):
Monday June 29, 2015 – crew and contestants arrival and check-in. Rest.
Tuesday June 30, 2015 – pageant team introduction and going over the programs and details, clothes fitting, and practice.
Wednesday July 1, 2015 – beach activity, practice, and photo shoot.
Thursday July 2, 2015 – beach photo shoot, profile photo shoot, interior and exterior photo shoot, and stage practice.
Friday July 3, 2015 – final stage practice, final photo shoot, FINAL COMPETITION.
Saturday July 4, 2015 – attend VIP ONLY AFTER PARTY – party ends at 4:30AM, check out of hotel at 11:00AM, and flying home in Saturday afternoon.

This event will be accompanied with a spectacular live musical concert along with the biggest A list stars.
